Mountains include Mount Baker, Chuckanut Mountain, Gailbraith and Kulshan.  

Whatcom County has great schools, both public and private, from preschool to university. There are amazing outdoor activities, Bellingham Bay for boating, crabbing, and fishing, and Mount Baker for skiing and snowboarding. There are miles of trails throughout Whatcom County for hiking and biking. Cultural activities, fine dining, and shopping are easily accessed.
